Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am Thy God: I will strengthen thee;
yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the
right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were
incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded:
they shall be as nothing; and
They that strive with thee shall perish. Isaiah 41: 10-11
After analyzing the situation in which our world is in, and
having done and analysis of the prophecies of the Lord in
relation to the end times, I can say with profound assuredness
that today more than ever we find ourselves on the verge
of the rapture of the church.
Never before had we been so close to the great event
as we have been these first eight years of this new millennium,
which marks the beginning of the XXI century. The most astonishing
facts have taken place in these first years, terrifying panic
caused by international terrorism, starting with September
11, 2001, to the natural catastrophes that have impacted
the world, such as the Tsunami that scourged twelve nations
in Asia; terrible climatic changes that have brought incalculable
loss to the world economy.
ISRAEL: BETWEEN WAR AND PEACE.
Without a doubt the strongest signs in these first years,
are these two that are related to both people of the Lord:
Israel and the church. Both people are facing crucial moments
of survival. Never before had Israel been in such imminent
danger as it is these moments, with Iran’s terrifying
threat of “erasing them from the map”; everything
indicates that within a short period they will have the capacity
of fabricating the atomic bomb, and the well known open threats
by the wicked Iranian president Mahmud Ahmadineyad.

to declare that the
Hebrew State is on the “verge of disappearing”.
These threats are obliging the people of Israel to bet primarily,
for a fragile peace treaty with their neighbors that abhor
them to death, and whom have no descency to respect even
their own words amongst themselves. Nontheless the people
of Israel can bet that the famous quartet will do everything
possible to maintain the security of that possible peace
treaty.
But if we look at history, when it comes to placing our
trust in the world powers we find a dark history concerning
reaction. Such was the case in the last decade, with the
Balkan countries, when the world powers wanted to react it
was too late and hundreds of thousands of souls had been
assassined, therefore Israel is playing the russian roulette
in these peace negotiations when they place their trust in
a peace that is all
Political.
The Holy Scriptures give the people of Israel a strong
warning for these last days, and among those strong warnings,
is the signing of that agreement cautiously with the government
of the beast, because such will stomp the agreement and turn
against the nation of Israel. And your covenant with death
shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall
not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through,
then ye shall be trodden down by it. Isaiah 28:18
The other proposal by Israel is confrontation. To wait
for Iran to attack first, which would be almost suicide,
or Israel to attack first, would immediately engage in preparations
for the great regional war, prophecied by the prophet Ezequiel
in chapters 38 and 39. All this year, I believe, Israel will
be betting on these two alternatives, to peace, but without
losing sight of Iran.
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmer declared recently that
Israel reserves their right to attack Iran if they can prove
that such country prepares to attack the Hebrew nation; remember
that Israel is a country that has the same old testament
tactics, who were taught they shouldn’t wait til they
are attacked to avoid surprises in their own territory, as
it happened in the war of Iom Kippur in 1973.
Israel’s position has always been to take the battle
into the enemies territory and bring death into their enemy
first, but never allow them into their own territory; especially
when the nations position is to favor Israels enemy, and
ignore the aggressions against the Jewish people. Please
read thoroughly the story of Joshua’s combat in the
battle against A’-i. Joshua 8: 1-22
Israel knows that Iran’s ruler is not joking, and
is capable of fulfilling his threat, let us not forget that
this Iranian suffers from the delirium of grandiosity, and
is aware that if he succeeds in destroying Israel, he will
rise as the greatest man in the Middle East history, and
that all the Muslim countries would view him as the great
messiah sent by Mohamed; what this ruler suspects not is
that Israeli territory could become his very own sepulcher;
enough by analyzing the prophecy in the 39th
chapter of Ezekiel.
Undoubtedly, 2008 is a key year to Israel’s future
in relation to these two proposals, George W. Bush, just
realized his first presidential trip to Israel, with the
greatest intention to hasten the peace process, that according
to expert calculations such as the British ex Prime Minister,
Tony Blair sent by the quartet (composed of USA, N.A.T.O.
European Union and Russia, all these guarantors of the possible
peace treaty in the middle east) suggests that this agreement
will be signed by the end of this year.

of the U.S. George Bush,
both chief commanders of their countries, are members of
the
quartet for the peace in the Middle East.
U.S. president has taken such interest in this treaty,
that he will realize a 2nd trip to Israel in May, while the
European Union and Russia are sending their best emmisaries
to prepare the way and work arduously with the nation of
Israel, to convince them that this will be a secured peace,
as well as Palestinian radicals and the Hamas terrorists.
In this race for peace, Israel has practically been convinced
to place over the negotiating table Jerusalems status, without
knowing that they are but fulfilling a prophecy announced
by the prophet Zechariah 12: 1-3. For fourty years, Israel
has made known their non negotiable status over their holy
city, but as I stated in the previous article, today Israel
is forced to negotiate for the great fear of a regionalized
war.
On the other hand, in the second week of January, again,
the Iranian president launched threats against Israel, saying
that Israel is on the verge of disappearing, while Israeli
secret service warns that Iran could have the atomic bomb
sooner than they thought.
Israeli army should be at maximum alert with this suspicion,
rather than defending itself, as I said, it would be suicide
to wait to be attacked, therefore Israeli army should be
ready for the moment they should undertake this risky mission,
as I said in the last article, this war could all at once
push towards that peace treaty, led not by the United States,
but by a ruler of the European Union called the antichrist.
Daniel 9:27.
In the last 25 years, the United States presidents have
wanted to play the leading role in succeding the longed for
peace treaty, that’s why president Bush has placed
all the beef on the grill, not wanting to leave the presidency
empty handed as his predecessors, but according to Daniel’s
prophecy, it will not be a United States ruler that will
convene this covenant, the United States as well as the other
three world powers, will be the guarantors of this covenant;
nontheless, it will be a European Monarch as I previously
stated. Daniel 9:26.
Only God knows if president George W. Bush will leave empty
handed, or if he will be the man to deliver in silver platter
the plan over to the beast antichrist to succeed in such
covenant. Moreover, the next months play an important part
in the fulfillment of this grand prophecy. Shall it be this
year, or shall the terrain be prepared, for the Most High
to permit the order of the permissive law for the beast to
execute this prophecy which will mark the end of the grace
period and the beginning of the great tribulation. Daniel
9:27.
THE CHURCH BETWEEN THE APOSTASY AND THE TRUTH.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon
this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall
not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18.
Without a doubt, the church as well as Israel, confronts
a crisis of great dimensions, where the people that make
up the church of the Lord are at a crossroads between two
inevitable battles before the imminent rapture, that today
more than ever we can observe in the close horizon. We could
call it the battle between the good and evil, whereby the
true christians have the grand option of fighting the good
fight til the end and be rewarded with a crown of righteousness.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I
have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a
crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge,
shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all
them that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
The true believers going through a spiritual
battle
against all that is corrupting the sound doctrine.
The Lord Jesus spoke concerning the great final battle of
end times, prior to His coming for the rapture of the church.
He spoke about a very difficult era, never did He say it
would be an exciting period prior to the end of the world,
but to the contrary, He spoke about a spiritually dangerous
time. If Satan knows that the Lord is at the door he will
not stand cross-armed. He knows that what the Lord loves
most in this world is His people; Israel and the Church,
therefore Satan launches attacks against these people.
I mentioned on the first part of this article how Israel
is being attacked like never before in history; as the attack
on the church is different, so the promises to Israel differ
from the promises to the Church, in like manner the attack
on both peoples differ; Israel’s is political, because
it is a sovereign, constitituional nation, they are a people,
one constitutional race.
While the church is not a nation, and its people are not
one constitutional race, but is made up of all races and
lineage of the earth, with their respective nationalities: And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take
the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain,
and has redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred,
and tongue, and people, and nation. Revelation 5:9
Therefore, Satan’s attack against the church is not
directed as to a specific nation, but against a cosmopolitan
people, this means that the attack is targeted specifically
to the spiritual for the most part; even though, in Arab
countries and many others in Africa and Asia, christians
are persecuted to death even in our days, this of course
does not happen openly in democratic countries, like Europe
and the American Continent where there is a little more respect
to freedom of expression and religious rights.
Therefore, Satan’s attack against the church in these
democratic countries, is based on a focus of a false prosperity,
unleashing a spirit of coveteousness among the christians.
To attain this, prominent leaders of our main denominations
have been fiercely seduced as well as important independent
churches. Satan has been able to place all types of material
goods in the hands of these leaders, and through this introduced
to God’s people this false materialism to deviate them
of the celestial; the Lord Jesus warned us of this.
And take heed to yourselves, lest at any
time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness,
and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. Luke
21:34
Once Satan has conquered or infiltrated a leader with the
covet of materialism, comes the second phase, the moment
of the apostasy, whereby the true christian is faced with
the imminent spiritual warfare, if he decides to follow apostasy,
his life will become a total spiritual failure, though his
material life appears well, and starts receiving praise from
the world; this is where he falls into a dangerous trap,
because he wants to go forward with his christian walk while
he befriends the world, and if he continues to follow this
road his spiritual future will be catastrophic.
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship
of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will
be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
James 4:4
As I have mentioned, If Satan knows that the Lord is fast
to uptake His church, then he will launch a gigantic attack,
and will utilize its most deadliest weapon. The way he threatens
the nation of Israel with Iran, which is determined to quickly
obtain the atomic bomb, so Satan has launched its most deadliest
weapon against the true church of the Lord, that weapon is
called “the apostasy”.
THE APOSTASY: A DEADLY WEAPON.
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord
Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, that
ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by
spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the
day of Christ is at hand. Let no man decieve you by any means:
for that day shall not come, except there come a falling
away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. 2 Thessalonians 2: 1-3
In these first 8 years of the XXI century, the true church
of the Lord has been submitted to its worst attack ever seen
in the history of the church, though in the middle ages the
church was prosecuted for about five hundred years, where
the vatican assassinated during these five hundred years
about sixty million evangelicals with the famous Inquisition,
and still the church of the Lord did not succumb in its doctrinal
principles and the faithful died in bonfires as true martyrs
of Jesus, so Satan was able to destroy their bodies but unable
to touch their soul.
Millions of christians were thrown
in bonfires during the Inquisiton.
In our day and age it is extremely more dangerous than the
Inquisition, given that this persecution or attack, is not
to destroy our bodies –I mean, in relation to being
burned or tortured in a prison- today the attack is much
more dangerous and for that he has launched the most dangerous
weapon, the apostasy, it does not kill the body but destroys
the soul and delivers it into the eternal death.
Do you understand now the great danger in which thousands
of evangelicals are in now, and as I said, its been in these
first eight years that our church has been invaded with all
the strength of false doctrine and a multitude of false prophets
and false apostles, that have introduced astutely destructing
doctrines, with which many families have been destroyed as
well as numerous churches and precious ministries, and have
also caused profound divisions in the principal christian
councils of our churches.
THE ABOMINATION OF G12 APPEARS.
The novelty with which the church of the Lord began this
new century, has been the famous cellular vision of the G12,
which had been practiced for nearly 20 years in a church
painted as evangelical in Columbia, to later hurl it worlwide.
The same strategy was practiced with this apostleship for
more than twenty years to later launch forth in this century.
This is how we began the XXI century, with the cevetous
new vision, which was named: “The Cellular Vision of
the G12”. The novelty was a system of cells based on
groups of twelve, this sounded very biblical in the beginning,
and many were attracted , due to its success in growth; I
was particularly impressed by the numerical growth of a church
in London England, even though my good friend and journalist,
Pastor Pedro Pablo Arias, always told me the church wasn’t
exactly what it appeared to be; using this famous cellular
vision based on the G12.
It wasn’t until three years later that I began to
hear impressingly negative testimonies concerning this famous
cellular vision, thus I began a profound investigation, and
started putting two and two together concerning this famous
church in London.
In the last 5 years, we’ve seen great damage in the
church caused by the cellular vision that has spread throughout
America, and with different names; and even with different
autonomies, such as the case in Costa Rica, where they have
their own cellular vision by a distinct name, but its practice
having the same catholic and pagan origin.
In Guatemala, the false apostle, Cash Luna appeared with
the famous “model of the 12”, but in reality
it’s the same as the G12, having the same abominable
practices in their encounters, and the fruit among the pastors
that have embraced it is what we see in those among the G12
that sprout out of Columbia, speaking of the evangelicals;
because we know that this movement was initiated in the Roman
Catholic church by a spanish priest, Jose Maria Escriba de
Balaguer.
The model of the 12 offers its leaders
a platform
that allows them to exercise power and dominion. Its origin
gos farther than the charismatic movement of Columbia..
Many true christians found it to be a great heresy, and
even shared this concern with their pastors, but these servants
had already savored the easy money, power and dominion; others
because of their advanced age had their offspring take over
the direction of the church and these introduced this heresy,
their parents rather than confronting them turned to silence,
such was the case of Eli, the priest in the Old Testament, 1 Samuel 2: 27-30.
I personally know a great man of God, out of California,
with an impressing following as a servant of the Lord, and
has made history in this state. This famous cellular vision
was introduced in his church and though he is conscious of
this heresy, has done nothing to bring and end to it, his
sons promote these famous encounters that bring them enormous
profits.
Let’s read a little bit of the testimony that a precious
brother has shared from Chile out of his personal experience
with this famous cellular vision, that like him there are
many more:
" It was the year 2001 and
I particularly had a great revelation by God concerning the
Cellular Vision, as it was called back then, of it not proceeding
from Him, it was a false doctrine. Besides me, two other
brethen had the same revelation, in due time we warned our
bishop who paid no attention because it was his sons and
grandsons that had fallen to this false doctrine. The result
is that my beautiful Pentecostal congregation does not exist
today.

I’ve received hundreds of testimonies such as this –especially
mi friend Miguel Rosell-, we have testimonies of evangelists
that after gone through these encounters have ended up in
insane asylums, pastors that have committed suicide; there
is a registered case in the state of Morelos, Mexico. Such
as the case of a youth leader of a pentecostal council in
Nicaragua, where after being the top leader of these encounters
ended up being pocessed by the demon of homosexuality, surprisingly
found in a motel in this abominable act by one of his members.
These two testimonies are duly documented by the Coronel
Silvio Palacios of Managua, Nicaragua.
In Washington DC, a pastor with a broad pastoral and pioneering
trajectory in this metropolitan area for being among the
first to open a hispanic church, member of the council of
Apostles and Prophets, extremely conservative, one day was
taken to Columbia to inquire on this famous new vision of
the G12, on his return he was not the same minister, his
congregation corrupted, to such extreme that his temple resembled
a ballroom more than a place of worship. Today this church
no longer exists and the pastor is a failure and with enormous
frustrations.
Some councils in the United States and Latin America have
been undermined by these false doctrines and are divided
to this day, councils such as the Assemblies of God, The
church of God and others, that confront serious problems
and fear standing against these heresies. Similar cases in
occur in countries of our Latin America, nontheless, some
have taken the responsibility of manifesting openly against
these false doctrines, like the G12, model of the 12, and
the movement of the apostolic restoration.
In this list we find Brazil as the leader, Baptists and
Pentecostals were the first to declare themselves against,
followed by the council of the Assemblies of God in Venezuela.
Allow me to place this article: the declaration by the Confederation
of “Iglesias Evangelicas Fundamentalistas del Peru.
(CIEF-Peru)”.

DECLARATION OF THE CONFEDERATION OF CHURCHES
FUNDAMENTAL EVANGELICALS OF PERU
CONCERNING THE MOVEMENT OF G12
XXIII CIEF-PERU NATIONAL CONGRESS
RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE MOVEMENT OF G12
The XXIII National Congress of the Confederation
of the Church of Evangelical Fundamentalists of Peru (CIEF-PERU),
assembled in the Evangelical Church “Aposento Alto” of
the city of Chimbote, Ancash –Peru, under the general
theme: “Todays threats against the Faithful Christian
Church”
(1 Timothy 4:1), taking place from the 1st to 4th of February
2006,
CONSIDERING:
1. Whereas, having the most permanent prophetic word (the
word of God, the Holy Scriptures, the Holy Bible) (2 Peter
1; 19), which gives us all the standards with which to
fulfill the great comission, which gives us the sound doctrines
by which every Christian Evangelical Church should be founded
(Ephesians 2:20);
2. Whereas, having knowledge by the Holy Scriptures, that
the Spirit demonstratingly speaks, that in the latter days
some will depart from the faith giving heed to spirits of
error and demonic doctrines ( 1 Timothy 4:1);
3. Whereas, in these initial times of the third millenium
denominations are consolidating, founded on erroneous theologies
and doctrines, knowingly through the Word of God, that we
live in dangerous times (2 Timothy 3:1);
4. Whereas, the G12 Movement, to the light of a sound Hermeneutics
and Biblical Exegesis, is an erroneous Movement thus, dangerous;
5. Whereas, the G12 Movement, is part of the Charismatic
Movement with an ecumenical tendency, supposedly originated
in a revelation by God to the Presbiter Cesar Castellanos
and this resembles the founders of false sects most known
in actual times;
6. Whereas, the G12 Movement has questionable doctrines,
such as the Generational Curses, Inner Healing, Positive
Confession, etc. and are doctrines clearly opposed by the
Biblical teachings; and
7. Whereas, the G12 Movement is a dangerous movement because
it has deviated practices such as regression as a psycological
therapy.
RESOLVED, THEREFORE:
1. To call all the Evangelical Churches to not ignore the
threats and heresies that have infiltrated many congregations,
being the G12 Movement one of the last infiltrated heresies.
2. To call all the Evangelical Churches, its pastors and
principal leaders, to be seriously and responsibly informed
through the Confederation of the Church of Evangelical Fundamentalists
of Peru (CIEF-Peru), or by another serious and trustworthy
means (which in reality are few) concerning this pernicious
movement to the biblical faith of many believers and churches;
and
3. Exhort each believer in Christ Jesus to live a faithful
daily devotional, through scripture, meditation and obedience
to the Word of God, to prayer and service to the Lord, in
such a way live spiritually strong to discern and confront
every threat against their precious faith.

CIEF: “In defense of the Faith and Sound Doctrine”

I want to make clear that due to limited space and to limit
the length of this article we have not placed other declarations
of councils, by other countries such as Portugal and the
European Continent by the Baptists as well as the Assemblies
of God, that have declared against these false doctrines.
In our Central America we have knowledge only of the Council
of the Assemblies of God in Guatemala as having declared
strongly against such heresies, followed by two other councils
in El Salvador, Assemblies of God and the Council of Apostles
and Prophets of El Salvador.
As I have mentioned many councils in our our countries as
well as the United States have not declared for fear of retaliation
by multiple pastors that have embraced this false doctrine.
This fear has obliged prominent leaders of these doctrines,
to keep silent y even secretly agree upon (pact) to conserve
their office.
Without a doubt this is the biggest problem within the principal
councils, which indicates that among the highest circles
there are divisions as a result of this heresy of the G12,
some of the high leaders are of ecumenical stance, therefore,
they consider that they should not have a message of confrontation
with other religions or foreign doctrines within the council,
and these ideas are causing great friction in the body of
Christ among these councils.
Those that defend ecumenical ideas, arguing that this a
contributing factor to having a better door for the spreading
of the gospel, are mistaken, and history itself teaches us
that the ecumenism of the first centuries, especially that
of the third century when the church united with Constantine
and fellowshiped with the Roman Empire, far from favoring
the church, it interrupted the beautiful advancement of the
evangelical work of the church of those times; these ecumenicals
possibly are unaware of the biblical passage:Amos
3:3. Can
two walk together, except they be agreed?
Constantine I established christianism
as the official religion of the Roman Empire.
THE FALSE MANIFESTATIONS.
This attack to the church by Satan, is supported by all
the deception of iniquity, and everyone of these false apostles
of prosperity and false prophets, are well gifted by the
deep forces of darkness, these foreign powers that accompany
these false ministers, have released a series of wonders
extremly foreign to the church, and these wonders we cannot
deny happen.
We don’t deny these wonders, what we place under suspiscion
is the origin of these strange manifestations, because they
lack biblical or theological support; and these acts or manifestations
have disturbed thousands of families, many of these souls
that were influenced by these strange manifestations, left
the church, practicing worst sins than their first, some
ended up in the madhouse and others have committed suicide.
HOLY LAUGHTER AND SPIRITUAL DRUNKENNESS.
Gamaliel Talavera is an Assemblies of God pastor from Houston,
Texas. He is a Nicaraguan, and last year he stayed for over
four months in a town called Diriamba, and witnessed the
churches in that town who were practicing these top secret
encounters; Pastor Talavera mentions that what most surprised
him was the state in which the people returned from these
encounters, literally drunk, and had to be carried off, others
laughed non stop.
Th false apostles of prosperity, try to apply this manifestation
to an act of the Holy Spirit; for example, they say, that
in the day of Pentecost the disciples were drunk by the act
of the Holy Spirit. This is an incorrect affirmation and
far from the truth, the apostle Peter himself rejected any
such bond on the day of pentescost, to the spirit of Drunkenness,
let’s read some passages where Peter sharply rejects
this comparison:
And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one
to another, What meaneth this? Others mocking said, these
are full of new wine. But Peter, standing up with the eleven,
lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judea,
and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you,
and hearken to my words: for these are not drunken, as ye
suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. Acts
2: 12-15
Next I want to invite you to view this newscoverage from
an important news channel in Mexico where the topic of “holy
laughter” and “spiritual drunkenness” is
approached, I want to make clear that the person being interviewed
is well documented and has biblical reasons to refute these
famous manifestations that are common in these encounters
and big events of these false apostles of the prosperity.
Judge yourselves, after seeing this documentary, verify
their fruits and you will know that this cannot come from
the Lord, and in many of these mega churches where these
things are practiced, are churches where public ballrooms
fall short, in Florida, in the church of Mr. Maldonado, the
services are a total and complete unruliness of worldly dance,
that far from praising God, it exalts the flesh. Amos
5:23.
CONCLUSION.
Without further discussion, the two people of the Lord,
that is, the Church and Israel, are going through an extremely
critical moment in history. Both people have the same enemy
that has attacked them without clemency in the last two thousand
years, but in every previous attack, though they were extremely
cruel, he failed and was unable to destroy them.
We are definitely living the closest moment to the end of
the world and thus the end of Satan and his demons, that
is why the strong attack against the people of God, and even
as the nation of Israel is fearful, instead of seeking the
Lord, they take refuge more on the false hope of this world.
The same happens with our church that is being greatly attacked,
and many christians are fearful and decide to place their
trust in these false apostles, and they depart from the hope
and sound doctrine.
Everything we are seeing is the biggest sign that Jesus
is coming soon, first to rapture His church, and at the end
of the great tribulation He will appear in power and great
glory to rescue his Jewish People, the same people that have
rejected Him for two thousand years, then they will receive
Him as their great Messiah, after being deceived by the false
messiah, that is the beast antichrist. Matthew 24: 30-31,
Zechariah 12: 10, Revelation 1:7.
Today more than ever all true christians should stand firm
in their doctrinal beliefs, to avoid being dragged by these
false teachers, remain in their churches with the sound doctrine
and await the coming of the Lord together with their family;
the friends should come near as soon as possible to the Lord
and give their lives to Him, to the contrary it could be
too late. Luke 21: 25-28.
